1.Schedule the latest possible hearing date to take advantage of the previous precedents set by others from prior hearings, as well as fatigue of the appraisal review board members.
2. You are allowed to postpone your hearing once.
3. Be sure to collect sales data as well as pictures of property condition to support your argument
4. Request your evidence packet in time to evaluate what the county is using as a basis for raising your appraisal, then determine from there what your plan of action will be to fight it
