Well where do I start? First of all I was totally against getting a realtor. I thought it would cost me money, money that I could put towards my house. I had my mind made up, but my dad talked me into it and I really had no idea that having you as a realtor would get me so far so quick. We closed in like 3 weeks. I thought I’d still be looking for a house. You negotiated an incredible deal for me on the house that I absolutely loved, a deal that I could have never made myself and at no cost to me. You gave me pointers on what to look out for and saved me $900.00 just in title work, and your response rate was incredible. Buying a home for the first time is very scary, but you answered all of my questions (all 10,000 of them) and made what I thought was going to be a terrifying experience, into one of the easiest purchases that I have ever encountered. Buying my Honda was a bigger hassle.

Emily, we are sending you an e-mail in response to the sale of our waterfront home at 7054 Comanche Trail in Austin by Terry Williams. We filled out the home service survey but that seems so inadequate to express our complete satisfaction with Terry's handling of our property. From our first interview with him we felt that he identified with us and our needs. We were not disappointed! He was a complete professional in his approach to the sale, always keeping us informed and remaining positive in his attitude that the property would sell for an acceptable price to us. The advertising of the home was more than we could have expected. Terry always arrived at the house and prepared it prior to all showings. When the offer came for a purchase, he took care of all details of the inspections and kept the process moving swiftly along. This was especially important to us since we had moved out of the house and were living in Georgetown. "Terry did a good job for us. He listed our house and was skilled at negotiating the contract. Our buyer wanted some work done and Terry was a good resource for helping us find a contractor to do the work, and how to write it into the contract so we didn’t have to pay for it until the deal was closed. Terry knows the ropes and keeps up with details. He returns phone calls & email messages promptly. He also gives good pointers on small things to do to make your house more appealing & marketable. (He suggested we update our kitchen by installing a built in microwave instead of our old range hood – made a big difference in giving the kitchen an updated look for only $200.)
If you intend to buy in the area, he is knowledgeable of the market in Northwest Austin including tax rates of various neighborhoods, which can influence your payment quite a bit. He has an email system that automatically sends new listings that meet your criteria as soon as they hit the market, which was a big help in finding our new house. We made an offer the 2nd day it was on the market."
