Cedar Park Texas is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation with a rapidly growing population around 52,000, according to the United States Bureau of the Census. Cedar Park was chosen by Family Circle magazine as one of the top places to raise a family in 2007.
During the early 1990's, I helped develop and "spec" out homes for development in and around The Ranch at Cypress Creek and Anderson Mill West subdivisions, which were considered at the time to be far out of town. If you are looking for a Cedar Park Texas realtor who knows all of the areas of Cedar Park and grew up here, you have come to the right place. Cedar Park Real Estate has always been undervalued in my opinion.
From a population of 5,161 in 1990, CEDAR PARK, TEXAS has exploded on the popularity scale, developing into an urban center of over 58,000 residents in a little more than 20 years.
Cedar Park’s popularity as a place to live, work and raise families comes as no surprise to the citizens who helped the town grow. It has small town charm, as well as being on about 10 minutes to Lake Travis for fun in the sun as well as boating and water recreation.
A few of the communities located in Cedar Park,Texas are : Twin Creeks Country Club, Deer Creek Ranch, Westside Preserve at Buttercup, Ranch at Cypress Creek, Cypress Canyon, Ranch at Brushy Creek, Cypress Mill, Cypress Bend, Avery Ranch, Anderson Mill West, Horizon Park, Carriage Hills, Breakaway Park, Lakeline Ranch, Red Oaks, Forest Oaks, Bella Vista, and many more.
